A graduate from Humber College’s Radio Broadcasting Program, Melinda hails from Toronto, Canada, and moved to the Cape in 2006. “Using a unique mix of strategic, creative, analytical, and executional skills I develop customized marketing plans to leverage brand equity and cultivate new relationships. In a nutshell: I help businesses tell their authentic story to current and potential customers making an emotional connection through radio.” Stories create connections. Having worked with Charles River Broadcasting (WFCC & WKPE) for ten years, Bettie Garrison joined the Cape Cod Broadcasting team in February of 2012. A graduate of Frederick College in Portsmouth, VA, she has also worked as a social worker until she started her family. Most recently she has been a Realtor on Cape Cod.
Bettie fell in love with the Cape after her now husband brought her to Harwichport on their second date to meet his family, returning each summer for vacation until becoming a year-round Cape Cod resident in 1997. Having grown up in southern Virginia, it was a true meeting of the North and the South.
When not at work, Bettie loves to do crossword puzzles, read, walk and travel. But most of all she loves to spend time with her husband, Ray and their two terrific sons and daughters-in-law and beautiful granddaughters, Loulie, Sonoma and Georgia.

Devan is a long-time Cape Cod resident and a 2005 graduate of The George Washington University. When she isn’t working with local businesses or participating in the non-profit community, Devan is often found playing with her dogs, learning to play the guitar, practicing yoga, or singing.

Kristin is a digital expert with deep knowledge of the local market on the Cape & Islands, who is passionate about technology and creating integrated marketing strategies to achieve results.
Kristin has an MBA from Babson College and over 15 years of sales & marketing experience, and has helped hundreds of businesses on the Cape & Islands to define and present their message to the visitor and local markets through new branding efforts, advertising, and social media. A resident of Orleans for more than 25 years, Lisa’s family often call her “The Mayor of Orleans” because she is so tied to the local community.
Throughout her varied career background, which includes owning her own local business for over 9 years, she has developed a keen talent for building and managing relationships. Lisa loves engaging with people and has a real knack for creating excitement whether it be for a product or an idea. She looks forward to using her past marketing and advertising expertise to help local business owners grow their businesses. She is very excited to join Cape Cod Broadcasting as a Marketing Consultant.
When not working Lisa can often be found spending time with her husband Scott, and their sons Joe and Drew on Nauset’s outer beach, or cheering her kids on at their sporting events.

Lori joined the Cape Cod Broadcasting team in June 2015, coming from a 10 year background in tv and radio across Massachusetts. “The best part of my job is working with businesses in different types of industries and watching them grow and succeed.”
A 2005 graduate of Roger Williams University, Lori, her husband Tony, and their dog Sully moved to Mashpee in November of 2014. Being a visitor all of her life, deep down she always knew that the Cape was a place she would eventually call home.
Outside of work you can find Lori swimming by many of the local beaches, walking Sully, improving her SUP skills, or at the local crossfit.

A graduate of Bridgewater State University, Michelle quickly got her feet wet in direct marketing and promotional events. After running a marketing firm for two years in both Pennsylvania and New Hampshire, Michelle returned to Massachusetts where she joined Cape Cod Broadcasting in February of 2014.
“I have always known that marketing was a passion! Creating a successful brand and image for a business is very rewarding and it drives me to increase profits for my clients every day. If there was one thing I learned from running my own business, it is that problem solving is key! There will always be change and obstacles in your way but in an ever-changing world, we must adapt to grow. I look forward to continue growing Cape Cod Broadcasting’s presence in the community and creating new relationships amongst Cape Cod.”
When she is not working Michelle enjoys traveling, kickboxing and spending time with family and friends, especially her many nieces and nephews.
