Renee joined our team after working in marketing for a local media company for nearly a decade. She is well versed with the ebb and flow of business on Cape Cod. Hailing originally from New York, Renee is no stranger to living in coastal towns, from Virginia to Maine, finally settling on Cape Cod.

After graduating from Loyola College, with a degree in Communications, she set her sights on making money! From senior care, and commercial cleaning to restaurant and office management. In 2011, she started working for the local paper as a page designer and moved through the ranks, ending her time there as a key account executive. Her diverse background and versatility helped further her understanding what it is like to be in the trenches. As a marketing professional, she understands the value of trusted partnerships and is looking forward to putting her skills to work at Cape Cod Broadcasting.

In her free time, Renee enjoys reading a good book, crocheting and spending time with friends and family…every now and again she takes the time to enjoy all the beauty that Cape Cod has to offer.

Devan Bolinder is a Marketing Consultant who enjoys connecting with local Cape Cod business owners. With nearly a decade on the sales team, Devan’s favorite part of the job is “asking the hard questions,” and customizing on-air and digital campaigns to meet their goals. As she explains, “the CCB Media approach is not about our products… it’s about YOU and what you need to achieve.”

Devan is a 2005 graduate of The George Washington University, and a long-time resident of Cape Cod. On the weekends, Devan loves spending time with her husband Matt, her fur-baby Toby, her 4-year-old son Liam, and her 1-year-old daughter Maren. During the summer, Devan can often be found exploring the grounds at Coonamessett Farm or having pizza parties at Craigville Beach.

Marty’s career in media began in print selling for both Cape publications as well as Boston Magazine. In the early 2000’s she decided to take the best of everything she had learned and experienced and began her own magazine, Inside Cape Cod. The most enjoyable aspect of her career has been working closely with clients to develop effective campaigns and forging great friendships at the same time. Many of her clients have followed her through the various media outlets that she has worked for.

She loves working with past clients as well as meeting new ones. The diversity of businesses on the Cape keeps things interesting; “no two days are the same”.

When she isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and on a sunny day, you will most likely find her on the beach.

A graduate of Bridgewater State University, Michelle quickly got her feet wet in direct marketing and promotional events. After running a marketing firm for two years in both Pennsylvania and New Hampshire, Michelle returned to Massachusetts where she joined Cape Cod Broadcasting in February of 2014.

“I have always known that marketing was a passion! Creating a successful brand and image for a business is very rewarding and it drives me to increase profits for my clients every day. If there was one thing I learned from running my own business, it is that problem solving is key! There will always be change and obstacles in your way but in an ever-changing world, we must adapt to grow. I look forward to continue growing Cape Cod Broadcasting’s presence in the community and creating new relationships amongst Cape Cod.”

When she is not working Michelle enjoys traveling, kickboxing and spending time with family and friends, especially her many nieces and nephews.
